
All our sourdough is fermented for at least 24 hours to enhance flavour and digestion.
Made with organic grains from Ontario and Manitoba. We also mill grains like corn, buckwheat and redeemer on-site for maximum freshness.

SOURDOUGH BAGUETTE Made with 15% spelt flour and sourdough culture. Fermented for 24 hours. Available with or without sesame crust (400g).

SEEDED LIGHT MULTIGRAIN SOURDOUGH A lighter multigrain using 45% whole grains; 35% organic whole spelt and 10% organic whole rye. Covered with toasted sunflower, sesame and flax seeds (720g).

COUNTRY WHITE SOURDOUGH Classic white, hearth baked sourdough. Made with 80% organic white wheat, and 20% organic whole Emmer (720g).
